Multiple terraces overlook the Mediterranean, while a rooftop deck includes a barbecue area designed for entertaining against the Riviera skyline.The leisure facilities bring the estate firmly into contemporary luxury territory. There are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hammam, gym, spa and home theater, along with a wine cellar. A private Riviera compound Beyond the main house, the property includes a separate two-bedroom caretaker's apartment and a guest house of nearly 2,000 square feet. Together, the buildings create a private compound rather than simply a single residence. For prospective buyers, however, the most distinctive feature may remain the story attached to the address.
