Swiggy Limited has completed the sale of its shareholding in Lynks Logistics Limited to Trustroot Internet Private Limited. The transaction was executed through its subsidiary, Swiggy Networks Limited, and concluded on October 15, 2026. This sale follows previous communication from Swiggy on September 7, 2026, about the intended transaction. Consequently, Lynks Logistics is no longer a subsidiary of either Swiggy Networks or Swiggy Limited.
