Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) on Sunday (October 25, 2026) announced the launch of a weekly bus pass at ₹600 which can be used to travel on the Corporation’s buses, including air-conditioned (AC), within Greater Hyderabad limits. This can be used for unlimited trips on the buses, but will not be applicable to travel in Pushpak Airport Liners.
The pass will be valid for seven days from the date of purchase. It can be bought at all city bus pass counters.
TGSRTC’s Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, Y. Nagi Reddy, said this was introduced to encourage people to use public transport and provide services at affordable prices.
The new scheme is in addition to the existing daily and monthly bus passes. This scheme comes a few weeks after the launch of a common pass to travel in Hyderabad Metro Rail and the TGSRTC buses, which was priced at₹8,500 per month and ₹400 per day.
