The trailer suggests some mystery around the characters of Vinayakan and Sunny Wayne, hinting at a bout between good and evil. Different forces clash with one another, promising an intriguing tale with an eccentric energy, as the characters played by Jayasurya and Nihal try to make sense of it.

The film’s cast members include Nihal, Indrans and Suresh Krishna. Titans has cinematography is by Vishnu Sharma, while the editing is by Shameer Muhammed. Don Vincent handles the film’s music. The costume design is by C G Noble Thomas, and Ronex Xavier did the make-up.

The film is produced under the banners of Nerampokku, Manuel Movie Makers, Avaneer Tech, and Babu Ettan Films by director Mithun Manuel Thomas and Irshad M Hassan. Magic Frames will distribute the film across Keralam, while Phars Film will handle its overseas distribution.

Jayasurya was last seen in Aadu 3: One Last Ride: Part 1.The Hindu’s review of the film said, “In the bloated third part, which runs close to three hours, Midhun attempts to expand and upgrade the franchise by setting it in three time periods — the late 18th century, the present and the 2300s, when a corporate entity rules the world. In the period timeline, Shaji Pappan is a local king attempting to stand up to Tipu’s forces, while the Dude is the general leading Tipu’s army. But let no one be fooled by the period setting and costumes, for inside, they are still the characters prone to goofy, self-destructive behaviour.”

Titans marks Prince’s third directorial. His last film, Madhuram Jeevamruthabindu, released in 2025. His most notable work is Anugraheethan Antony (2021), starring Sunny Wayne and Gouri G Kishan, which was also a fantasy movie, that explored the idea of life after death.
